Since obtaining her real estate license in April 2008, Renee has a proven track record of success in negotiating for both her buyers and sellers. Specializing in residential homes, land, condos, farms, waterfront, secluded cabin properties and commercial real estate transactions. Renee has helped a diverse clientele both local and international achieve their real estate needs.
She primarily serves Grand Isle, Franklin and Chittenden Counties, but has assisted with buyers and sellers in Orange and Caledonia Counties.
Her approach is centered on understanding your unique needs and priorities. She prides herself on clear communication, attention to detail and commitment to delivering results. She is committed to exceeding your expectations and making your real estate transaction as smooth as possible.
Beyond real estate Renee was a former School Board member, is an active Library Trustee and loves to spend her time with her husband and two children. Armed with her degree in Accounting from Champlain College she has a great understanding of numbers and skills to guide her clients through their real estate journey.
